• We went on Umrah in March 2026 as a…

We went on Umrah in March 2026 as a family of 10, and from the very beginning, Brother Ali from Makkah Gateway organised everything for us. He arranged our flights, hotels and all of our transportation throughout the trip, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Our flights were very good, travelling via Turkey, with a short and convenient stopover on the outbound journey. When we arrived, our transport was already waiting for us and we were taken comfortably to our hotel in Makkah. The transport service throughout the trip was excellent. We had a brand-new, comfortable minibus, and everything was well organised. After checking into our hotel, we performed umrah then following day enjoyed an amazing Makkah Ziyaraat, visiting all the important places with plenty of stops along the way. Our journey from Makkah to Madinah was also very comfortable. Once again, everything went smoothly, and our hotel in Madinah was very nice. We had no issues checking in and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The Madinah Ziyaraat was also excellent and very well organised. For our return journey, we were picked up on time and taken to Madinah Airport, where we flew back home without any problems. We would like to sincerely thank Brother Ali for the excellent service and for taking care of everything throughout our Umrah journey. We were so happy with the experience that we have already booked another trip with him. We would highly recommend Makkah Gateway to anyone looking for a reliable, professional and well-organised Umrah experience.

• Alhamdulillah

Alhamdulillah, my Umrah journey was truly amazing, and I am very happy with the service I received from Makkah Gateway. Everything was arranged professionally, from the flights and hotels to the airport transfers. The entire trip was smooth and completely stress-free. A special thanks to Mr. Sheraz Sadiq, who was always available to answer my questions and guide me throughout the booking process. His honesty, professionalism, and exceptional customer service gave me complete confidence, and everything was exactly as promised. The hotels were comfortable, the transport was always on time, and the overall organization exceeded my expectations. I was able to focus entirely on my worship without worrying about the travel arrangements. I highly recommend Makkah Gateway to anyone planning Umrah. May Allah reward Sheraz Sadiq and the entire team for making our blessed journey so memorable. InshaAllah, I will definitely book with them again for my next Umrah.

Alhamdulillah, I had a very satisfying experience booking my Umrah with Sheraz. From the very beginning, he handled everything in a professional and organized manner. The whole process—including visa, flight bookings, hotel arrangements, and transportation—was managed smoothly without any confusion or delays. What I appreciated the most was his constant support and guidance throughout the journey. He was always available to answer questions and made sure we were comfortable at every step. The hotels were well-located and convenient, which made our stay in Makkah and Madinah much easier, especially for Ziyarat and prayers. Overall, it was a stress-free and well-managed experience, allowing us to focus completely on our Ibadah. I would definitely recommend Sheraz to anyone planning Umrah, as he is reliable, cooperative, and truly committed to providing good service. May Allah reward him for his efforts. Ameen!

• Group of 7 had a very good experience

We had a very good experience booking our Umrah hotels through this company. Both hotels in Mecca and Medina were five star, and we had a splendid stay. We were a group of seven traveling from Norway, and everything was organized smoothly even though the company is based in the UK. Communication was excellent throughout the process. He was responsive, professional, and helpful whenever we had questions. I also want to mention something important for future customers. The final hotel confirmation codes were received the day before arrival. This initially made me uncertain, as I did not have the confirmation number earlier and briefly worried that it might not be legitimate. However, we received the vouchers weeks in advance, and the late confirmation appears to be standard procedure due to how the hotels manage bookings. Everything was fully valid and there were no issues at check in. I am writing this to reassure others that this process is normal and should not be seen as a red flag. This is my third time organizing Umrah and booking hotels through this company, and each time has been a positive experience. On behalf of our entire group, I can confidently say we are very happy and would recommend him as a trusted and reliable company .
